Client Terms & Agreement

These terms are designed to ensure clarity, alignment, and a seamless working relationship.
By engaging in services with Vision Marketing Partners, you agree to the following terms outlined below.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No work will begin until payment has been received and confirmed.​ Due to the nature of strategic and consulting services, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Scope of Services

Services will be delivered in accordance with the scope outlined for the selected offering.

Any additional work outside of the agreed scope may require a separate agreement and/or additional fees.

Scheduling & Rescheduling

Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited at the discretion of the service provider.

One-time flexibility may be extended at the discretion of the service provider.

Confidentiality

All client information shared throughout the course of this engagement will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be executed where applicable.

Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and deliverables created for the client are for the client’s use.

The service provider retains the right to use general, non-confidential knowledge, frameworks, methodologies, and learnings for future work.

No Guarantee of Results

All services are provided with intention, expertise, and strategic guidance. However, no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed, as success is dependent on a variety of factors outside the service provider’s control.

Client Responsibility

Timely communication, collaboration, and participation from the client are required to ensure efficient delivery of services. Delays in communication, feedback, or required materials may impact timelines and overall delivery.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Services

The service provider reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if the working relationship is deemed misaligned, unproductive, or in violation of these terms. In such cases, any work completed up to that point will be honored, and next steps will be communicated accordingly.

Agreement & Acceptance

Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and agreement to proceed with services as outlined.

This work is rooted in intention, clarity, and aligned execution.
